Welcome

I am happy you are here! In case you are wondering...

When I'm not doing this, I enjoy spending time with my BFF (my handsome husband), playing golf, having fun with my adult children, and spending time with my granddaughter. I also enjoy gardening, cooking, and pondering the meaning of this journey called Life.

In 2018, I founded Sliver Moon Consulting, helping organizations, people, and myself bring more light to their corner of the world.

..... But how did I get here? Well, it was and still is a Journey...

Every consultant has a story.

When I was a little girl, I dreamed of being the person in the bank's drive-through window, handing out money and lollipops.

My 18+ years in financial services fulfilled that dream.

Blessed to have four children who are now grown.

My mantra is 'Keep 'Em Alive till 25,' and  *ALL*  them have made it!

I was young and grew up with my kids. I outLIVED the critics, outLOVED the cynics, and outLASTED it all.

I worked as a volunteer and also did some wedding coordinating and medical transcription (that was a job back then!)

Many years were spent organizing various events, including worship experiences, retreats,

business networking groups, and hosting mentoring classes for women.

I served on nonprofit boards from wind-up to wind-down.

I have walked many helping navigate both accomplishments and disappointments.

Now, I assist organizations navigating all kinds of change.

I am not afraid of a flaming dumpster fire or a wild story of success. Both have their moments of brightness!

I am also here to help people, primarily women, become the gifts they are to the world and embrace Life with light, grace, and purpose.

Ah - the fulfilled dream!

Served in various roles at banks and credit unions in both personal banking and mortgage lending - literally handing out money to people at a rate higher than what I dreamed of!

As usual, I held many leadership roles and gained valuable experiences along the way, including Business Development Officer, program implementation lead, and process change lead.

This time saw me volunteering for Junior Achievement, serving as a PTO leader, driver, cook, personal shopper, drier-of-tears, mentor, wife, counselor, peace keeper, and mother.

In 2009-2013, I became a board member on a passion project of a friend, Modern Living Services. In 2013 and 2014, I helped them re-establish their board and move forward after completing their first housing build. It was a divine time, and I am forever grateful.
